Sleep Monitoring
What is sleep monitoring? The ring collects all data while you sleep, and in the morning the app provides full reports and graphs of your night – how long you had deep sleep, how long light sleep, when you woke up, and more. With this function, you can even detect early illness – if you see irregularities for several days in a row, you can act in time.
