Sleep Monitoring
What does sleep monitoring mean? The ring collects all data while you sleep, and in the morning, after waking up, you’ll find complete information and charts of your night in the app – how long you were in deep sleep, how long in light sleep, when you woke up, etc. Thanks to this feature, you can even detect an upcoming illness – if you see fluctuations in the statistics for several days, you can take preventive action in time.

How to Measure the Correct Size:
