Using the Qring app, available for free download, you can track everything, save statistics, set measurement intervals or measure individually. The app includes many sports modes, showing you calories burned, steps taken, and more. The ring connects to your phone via Bluetooth, but don’t worry – you don’t need to keep your phone with you at all times, all data is stored and will sync back to the app once reconnected.
Sleep Monitoring
What does sleep monitoring mean? The ring collects all data during your sleep and in the morning, you’ll find complete information and graphs in the app – how long you spent in deep sleep, how long in light sleep, at what time you woke up, and more. Thanks to this feature, you can even detect an upcoming illness – if you notice fluctuations in your stats for several days in a row, you can act in time.

The Powerton Smart Ring is available in black and rose gold. Additionally, there are 5 sizes to choose from, so everyone can find the right fit. The ring weighs only 4.4 g and is made of stainless steel. What about water resistance? With IP68 certification, you don’t even need to take it off while bathing.
Battery Life up to 6 Days & Charging via Case
The ring lasts up to 6 days of use thanks to its 17 mAh battery. And charging? The package includes both a magnetic USB cable and a special charging case. The case can be charged with a type-C cable (included).

How to Measure the Correct Size:
Use a non-elastic string. Wrap the string around your finger. Mark the meeting point of both ends. Then stretch the string and place it next to a ruler – the measured length shows the circumference of your ring size.
