In the app, you’ll find many sports modes that easily show burned calories, steps taken and more. The ring connects to your phone via Bluetooth, but don’t worry – you don’t need to carry your phone all the time. All data is stored and once reconnected, it will sync to the app on your phone.
Sleep Monitoring
What does sleep monitoring mean? The ring collects all data during sleep and in the morning, after waking up, the app shows you complete information and graphs of your night – how long you were in deep sleep, how long in light sleep, when you woke up, etc. This function can also help detect an approaching illness – if you notice fluctuations in statistics for several days in a row, you can act early.

The app works on Android/iOS - some information may slightly differ. For example, on Android it shows BLOOD PRESSURE measurement, while on iOS it may display STRESS measurement. However, the values are always consistent and always measure only the STRESS level.
How to Measure the Right Size:
Use a non-elastic string. Wrap the string around your finger. Mark the point where the ends meet. Finally, stretch the string and place it evenly against a ruler – the measured length indicates your ring size.
