Damaged Packaging Type B

Unopened, original product in the original box. The packaging may have 2–3 minor damages, may be covered with stickers, lightly written on, dirty, scratched, dented or torn.

Other possible types of packaging damage

Please note that the product may not always be available in all damage types.

Damaged Packaging Type A

Unopened, original product in the original box. The packaging looks almost like new, labels may have been removed, may be slightly dirty, without markings. It may be slightly scratched, dented or torn.

Damaged Packaging Type C

Unopened, original product in the original box. The packaging may have more than 3 damages, may be heavily covered with stickers, written on, dirty, scratched, dented or torn.

Damaged Packaging Type D

Unopened original product in an opened original box. The packaging may be damaged to varying degrees, covered with stickers, written on, dirty, scratched, dented or torn. The product may not be in the original bag. If the manufacturer supplies the product with an original seal, this seal is unbroken.

Originality, warranty & returns, stock availability:

• always an original product in original packaging
• the packaging is damaged – the damage level indicated as type A–D is further explained in the product description and demonstrated in illustrative photos
• the product is fully functional, undamaged and covered by full warranty
• the product may not be available in all damage types
• this is a special offer with limited stock, valid only until sold out
• stock availability is approximate – you are ordering goods held in the supplier’s external warehouse and availability may change quickly; your sales representative will inform you if this occurs
• goods with damaged packaging cannot be returned
• packaging damage cannot be claimed as a defect
• due to the nature of the goods, orders are binding only
