Ecological 3D printing
Spectrum rPETG is an ecological 3D printing material that fits into the sustainability initiative. The filament is created by reusing a recycled stream of leftover extrusion waste. The raw material is collected, shredded, re-mixed, and homogenized into a high-quality and easy-to-print recycled PETG filament with a much smaller environmental impact. Spectrum rPETG retains the properties of classic PETG, namely printing simplicity and efficiency, combined with very low shrinkage and relatively high tensile strength. To make 3D printing more sustainable, Spectrum r-PETG is wound onto a cardboard, eco-friendly spool.
Note: Since this is a fully recycled material, Spectrum rPETG may be unavailable or have longer lead times due to limited raw material availability.
Key features:
Made from recycled materials. Lower environmental impact thanks to waste reuse. Cardboard spool environmentally friendly. Easy printing, similar to standard PETG. No shrinkage after cooling. Heat deflection temperature – 70"C.
