S-Flex 90A is a filament designed for 3D printers that allows you to produce flexible objects in a much easier way compared to other materials of this type. The well-balanced material composition ensures good adhesion both between layers and between the printed object and the build platform. Thanks to its resistance to hydrocarbons and excellent layer bonding, it is possible to create sealing parts that must withstand any operating fluid and provide the best possible tightness.
Key properties: Very good abrasion resistance, elongation at break up to 500%, Shore hardness 90, low shrinkage, high-quality surface finish, resistance to many common industrial oils and chemicals.
Applications: Production of seals with high chemical resistance, energy-absorbing objects, functional components, all types of bumpers and vibration dampers, protective housings, snap-fit parts, packaging, and hinges.
Filament specifications: Filament diameter: 1.75 mm, density: 1.22 g/cm³, extrusion temperature: 200–230 "C, bed temperature: 50–70 "C, print speed: 15–50 mm/s.
