Among the specific properties of the Smart ABS filament are high impact resistance and relatively high stiffness. Compared to classic ABS filament, the “smart” variant shows improved processing parameters that significantly reduce the difficulties accompanying additive manufacturing using standard ABS. Essentially, this means less shrinkage and reduced emissions of irritating volatile substances during processing. An undisputed advantage is that the material retains its properties at temperatures down to -40"C.
