With the Qring app, available for free download, you can track everything, record statistics, set measurement times, or measure individually. In the app, you’ll find many sports modes that easily show burned calories, steps taken and more. The ring connects to your phone via Bluetooth, but don’t worry – you don’t need to carry your phone all the time. All data is stored and once reconnected, it will sync to the app on your phone.

What does sleep monitoring mean? The ring collects all data during sleep and in the morning, after waking up, the app shows you complete information and graphs of your night – how long you were in deep sleep, how long in light sleep, when you woke up, etc. This function can also help detect an approaching illness – if you notice fluctuations in statistics for several days in a row, you can act early.

The Powerton Smart Ring comes in two colors – black and rose gold. In addition, it is available in 5 sizes, so everyone can find the perfect fit. The ring weighs only 4.4 g and is made of stainless steel. What about water resistance? With IP68, you don’t need to take it off even while bathing.
