Excellent Alternative to PET-G
Spectrum Premium PCTG filament is an excellent alternative to PET-G, which is well known in the
world of 3D printing. PCTG filament, belonging to the same copolyester
material group, offers similarly easy printing as PET-G. A very important
advantage of Premium PCTG filament is its increased impact toughness, high
dimensional stability and low shrinkage. Spectrum Premium PCTG filament
combines the most desirable properties of Tough PLA and PET-G. The PCTG
material has a heat deflection temperature of 76"C, as well as excellent
print surface and higher elasticity. Other benefits include high chemical
resistance of printed models. Parts made using transparent Spectrum Premium
PCTG colors have higher clarity than their PET-G counterparts. This means
that it is possible to achieve an effect close to transparency with a low
number of outer contours.
No heated build chamber is required for printing.
