S-Flex 90A is a filament designed for 3D printers that allows you to produce flexible objects much more easily than with other materials of this type. The suitable material composition ensures good adhesion both between layers and between the printed object and the build platform. Due to its resistance to hydrocarbons and good lamination between layers, you can produce sealing objects that must be resistant to any operating fluid and provide the best possible tightness.
Key properties: very good wear resistance, up to 500% elongation at break, hardness class 90, low shrinkage, high-quality surface, resistance to many common industrial oils and chemicals.
Applications: manufacturing seals with high chemical resistance, production of objects used as energy absorbers, functional components, all kinds of bumpers and vibration dampers, protective cases, snap-fit parts, packaging, hinges.
Filament specifications: filament diameter: 1.75mm, density: 1.22g/cm³, extrusion temperature: 200-230"C, bed temperature: 50-70"C, print speed: 15-50mm/s.
